Located at 8 Ramsey Boulevard, Inverloch the home of the Offshore Surf School making it easy to do "cold-to-hot" or "hot-to-cold" therapy, using an ocean plunge in the process.

We'll help you escape from the stresses of daily life while improving your everyday wellness. 

*45 minute sessions can be booked on the hour between 8am and 6pm through our website on weekends or at other times by appointment call 0407374743.

Safety Information/Risk Factors:

- No longer than 45 minutes in the sauna. 

- Children are not permitted to use the sauna without a supervising adult.

- Do not use the sauna immediately after strenuous exercise .

- Not recommended for pregnant women. 

- If you are using medications, suffering from obesity, or have a medical history of heart disease you should consult your physician prior to using the sauna. 

- Beware of exhaustion after sauna usage. 

- Avoid touching the surface of the heater as they will be hot and may cause burns.

- The ceiling vent can be opened at any time for air circulation. 

- Always drink plenty of water before, during and after a session. 

If you would like to reschedule a session you have booked, we need at least 24 HOURS NOTICE. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean you forfeit the cost of the session. Under these circumstances there are no refunds, partial or otherwise.
